A full-time Catalyst Coach with over 5,000 hours of experience, Heather adds her personal touch to all of the different methodologies she has studied. She works with
dozens of clients, from actors to business owners, television and movie producers to writers, youth to mature clients, and everything in between.
For more than twenty years, Heather has dedicated her career to the field of personal well-being. In 1983, after an injury as a professional dancer, she became a massage therapist and for the next two decades had a thriving private practice of distinguished clients. Her years of experience as a masseuse, where she also utilized Guided Imagery during the sessions, helped Heather cultivate her talent with the “mind-body connection."

Heather joined forces with one of her clients, award-winning writer/television producer Barbara Hall ("Judging Amy," "Joan of Arcadia"), hosting a seminar at the Learning Annex in Los Angeles called, "Creating Exceptional Characters On Screen And In Life."
In addition, Heather has been asked by her mentor Carolyn McCormick (former producer for Tony Robbins and Stephen Covey) to be part of her exclusive "team of experts," featured in her teleseminars.
Heather also serves as a Recovery Monitor. She helps support newly sober individuals and their families remain in top form mentally, emotionally, and spiritually to ensure their continued growth in recovery.
