I have been using Heather's "Be Still and Know" hypnotherapy recording for about three months now. At first I didn't notice anything, but after about a month I "spontaneously" started writing a list of people and things that I had been unconsciously holding onto and I was amazed at how much junk I was carrying around in my subconscious. Then there was a an old high-school friend that reappeared out of the blue and we tried to resurrect our friendship, but I discovered that I was holding on to the pain of the acts of betrayal from twenty years ago. She refused to talk about them, refused to apologize for them and I realized that she came back into my life so that I could let go of all the pain that I didn't even realize was still there.
"Be Still and Know" has gently brought to my conscious mind the old hurts and resentments I had been carrying around unconsciously. These resentments have been draining my energy and keeping me from attaining a higher level of happiness.
I'm going back to university, working on getting a degree for my second career; I was going for a career that required the least amount of school to produce the largest income. But "Be Still and Know" somehow, led me back to a dream career I had forgotten and thought unattainable because of the amount of school required and the time it would take to get my masters degree.
I've also had some breakthroughs about my self-care and am moving in the direction of healthy eating, exercise and self-love. I'm finally free of old resentments and on the right path for me. Your Meditative Imagery Audio Program
My Custom Programs are made to order and created specifically for you. You will feel like you are having a private Meditative Imagery Session with me, right in the comfort of your own home.
Here's what you do:
- You will contact me and we will set up a 20 minute session to talk about the personal OUTCOME you want to EXPERIENCE.
- You will fill out a simple questionairre and return it to me.
- I'll combine what we talked about and the information you have given me in your questionnaire to create your very own script.
- I will record and send you your personalized Meditative Imagery MP4!
- Then, we will stay in touch for 3 weeks to keep you inspired and motivated.
The approximate completion time is 2-4 weeks. You will be notified by e-mail that your MP4 is on its way.
Due to the extensive amount of time, energy, and personalized attention I put into these special custom audios sometimes there can be further time delays. Under special circumstance, if you require an audio as quickly as possible, please specify that in first email. There is an additional charge for all Rush Custom Audios.
